Kalon finds great salons near you and books your slot instantly — no calls, no queue. Here's the whole journey, from opening the app to walking in for your appointment.

Get started

Download & sign in with your phone

Get Kalon free from the App Store or Google Play. Signing in takes seconds — just your phone number, no password to remember.

  • Open the app — allow location so it can find salons near you.
  • Enter your country code and mobile number.
  • Type in the one-time code (OTP) you get by SMS — you're in.
💡Good to know: You can browse salons straight away — you'll only be asked to sign in when you confirm a booking.

Home tab

Find a salon near you

The Home tab shows salons around you. Search by name or service, or filter to find exactly what you want.

  • Browse nearby salons, sorted by distance.
  • Search or apply filters to narrow things down.
  • Tap a salon to see its photos, services, ratings and hours.
  • Tap the ♥ to save a salon to your Favourites for next time.

Salon details

Pick the services you want

On the salon's page, add the services you'd like to your booking. Your running total updates as you go.

  • Browse services by category and tap Add on the ones you want.
  • See the price and duration for each service before adding it.
  • When you're happy, tap Continue on the booking bar.

Choose professional

Choose your stylist

Pick the team member you'd like — or leave it to the salon by choosing Any professional.

  • See who's available and pick your favourite stylist.
  • No preference? Choose Any and the salon assigns someone.

Pick a slot

Choose a date & time

Pick a day on the calendar, then tap an available time. Kalon holds that slot for you while you finish booking.

  • Choose a date, then pick from the real-time available slots.
  • The slot you tap is reserved so no one else can grab it.
💡Tip: If you leave the booking before confirming, the held slot is released automatically so others can book it.

Confirm

Review & confirm your booking

Check the salon, services, stylist and time — then confirm. If you haven't signed in yet, you'll do it here and come straight back.

  • Review everything on one screen — edit any part if needed.
  • Tap Confirm — your booking is set and appears in Bookings.
  • Not signed in? A quick OTP login pops up, then returns you here.
🎉Done! Just walk in at your time — no queue, no waiting.

Manage your appointments & rate

Your Bookings tab keeps every appointment in one place. Reminders keep you on time.

  • See upcoming & past appointments; tap one for full details.
  • Cancel a booking, or mark it complete after your visit.
  • Leave a rating to help others find great salons.
  • Get push reminders so you never miss a slot.

Get started

Download & sign up with your phone

Grab Kalon Partner (this is the salon-owner app — not the customer one) from the App Store or Google Play. Signing up takes seconds — no passwords to remember.

  • Open the app and tap through the welcome intro.
  • Choose your country code and enter your mobile number.The same one your customers can reach you on.
  • You'll get a one-time code (OTP) by SMS — type it in to log in.
💡Tip: Make sure you download Kalon Partner, not the customer Kalon app. The Partner app is where you manage your salon.

Guided onboarding · 4 quick steps

Tell us about your business

The first time you log in, the app walks you through a short 4-step setup. If you ever stop halfway, it picks up right where you left off next time.

  • Business details — your name, business name, email, and salon type (Women or Unisex).
  • Location & size — search your salon address on the map, then set your team size and number of seats.
  • Business hours — set opening & closing times for each day, and mark days you're closed.
  • Finish — tell us which software you use today (optional), accept the Terms & Privacy, then tap Complete Setup.
✅You'll see "Your account is ready" when setup is done. Each step saves automatically, so nothing is lost.

Your salon

Set up your salon profile

Now you land on your Salon tab — your salon's home base. Make it look great so customers pick you.

  • Add your logo and photos so your salon looks welcoming.
  • Set up your seats / stations — this controls how many bookings you can take at once.
  • Review your details, hours, and location — edit anytime.
💡Tip: Salons with a clear logo and a few good photos get noticed first. It only takes a minute.

More → Team

Add your team members

Head to the More tab and open Team. Add each stylist or staff member so customers know who's on the floor.

  • Tap Add team member, enter their name and details, and add a photo.
  • Repeat for everyone on your team — you can edit or remove them anytime.
  • Solo? No problem — just add yourself.

More → Services

Add your services & prices

In More → Services, list everything you offer. This is what customers browse and book, so add your popular ones first.

  • Tap Add service and follow the short 3-step form.
  • Set the name, category, price, duration, and add a photo.
  • Save — then repeat for each service. Edit or delete any of them later.
💡Tip: Accurate durations keep your schedule tidy — customers only see slots that actually fit.

Go live

Review & publish your salon

Take one last look at your Salon tab. Everything you've added — photos, seats, team, and services — is exactly what customers will see in the Kalon app.

  • Check your hours, prices, and photos look right.
  • Once approved, your salon appears to nearby customers searching on Kalon.
  • You can keep editing anything at any time — changes go live instantly.

Bookings tab

Take incoming bookings

When a customer books, it lands in your Bookings tab and you get a notification. This is where you run your day.

  • See new and upcoming bookings grouped by status.
  • Tap any booking to see the customer, service, time, and seat.
  • Notifications keep you in the loop even when the app is closed.
🔔Allow notifications when the app asks — that's how you'll never miss a new booking.

History & Analytics

Complete bookings & grow

After a customer visits, their booking moves to History. Over time, your Analytics show you what's working.

  • View completed bookings anytime in the History tab.
  • Open More → Analytics for revenue, top services, busy hours, and staff performance — filter by any date range.
  • Use those insights to adjust prices, hours, and services — and grow.
